GRETNA – A supply company is seeking more than $65,000.
Industrial Municipal Supply Co. Inc. filed a suit April 17 against Directional Road Boring Inc. and David O'Leary in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $65,456.12, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay for the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Troutman of Percy, Lanoux & Mumphrey in Gonzales.
