NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages for a slip and fall he says took place in a Walgreen's store.
Gerald Foucha filed a lawsuit April 16 against Walgreen Co., Walgreen Louisiana Co. Inc. and ABC Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 19, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the Walgreens Store No. 2640. The suit states the plaintiff slipped and fell due to a dangerous condition on the premises.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Anthony Irpino of Irpino, Avin & Hawkins Law Firm in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.
