GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,300 in sums due.
Unifund CCR LLC filed a suit April 23 against Talita M. Ahern in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,376.28 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sum.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
