Bank of America is seeking more than $5,800 in sums due

Lawsuits

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $5,800 in sums due.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit April 23 against Elba M. Bautista in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $5,886.49 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 783075.
