GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $7,000 in sums due.
Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a suit on April 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Eric C. Starks and Tasha D. Jenson, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a retail installment contract in the balance of $7,080.76, plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
