GRETNA — A student loan trust is seeking more than $16,000.
National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2005-2 filed a suit on April 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Tarabia S. Franklin, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $16,518, plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
