GRETNA — Bank of America is seeking more than $5,000 in sums due.
Bank of America filed a suit on May 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Stan Stopa, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $5,704.61, plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off his debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
