GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $1,000 in sums due.
Barclay's Bank Delaware filed a suit on May 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Justin P. Alexie, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,644.47, plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
