Unifund CCR LLC claims that it is owned nearly $5,000

GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $4,000 from a customer.

Unifund CCR LLC filed a suit on May 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Katryna A. Ramirez, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,755.53, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783560.
