Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers LLC claims that several companies and an individual owe it more than $100,000

GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $100,000 for materials that it allegedly provided.

Nu-Lite Electrical Wholesalers LLC filed a suit on May 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Advanced Electrical and Data Services LLC, Michael Ryan, Lamar Contractors LLC and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $113,604.67 in damages, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Matt Thomas of Smiley Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783688.
