GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $7,000 in sums due.
Discover Bank filed a suit on May 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dimi Chisholm, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $7,023, plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
