Capital One says credit card holder owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA), NA filed a lawsuit May 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that Apollo Morgan owes more than $3,000 on an open credit card account.

According to the lawsuit, Capital One is seeking payment of the $3,044.03 account balance plus interest. The plaintiff claims Morgan is a customer who failed to pay the amount due.

The bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib.
