Capital One claims that Jefferson Parish resident owes it over $1,800

GRETNA — A company claims that it is owed more than $1,800 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on May 21 against Betty Jurado in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,826.67, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the sums allegedly due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 784005.
