NEW ORLEANS — A company is seeking nearly $30,000 in sums due.
Carrier Enterprise LLC filed a lawsuit on May 21 against Quality Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration LLC; Cain Construction and Designs LLC; and LC Realty LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $28,594.82, plus interest, claiming that Quality Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration LLC was negligent in paying off the sums allegedly due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Steven H. Watterson of Powers, Sellers & Chapoton LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
