GRETNA — A company claims that it is owed nearly $30,000.
120 West Partners LLC filed a suit on May 29 against Barbara M. Lowery in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant allegedly failed to pay $29,950 for repairs that allegedly were done to her house after a hurricane.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of the Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
