GRETNA — A company claims that it is owed more than $1,500.
JH Portfolio Debt Equities LLC filed a suit on May 29 against Raemi M. Satkamp in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $1,619.67, plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying off the balance allegedly due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.
