GRETNA — A company is seeking nearly $2,000 in sums due.
JH Portfolio Debt Equities LLC filed a suit on May 29 against Judd Conrad in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the balance of $1,848.07, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
