Woman sues Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation for damages after she allegedly slipped and fell

NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she slipped and fell at a home.

Karen Franklin filed a lawsuit on May 22 against Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation, Lamar Dunford and Diane Dunford in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that she was caused to slip and fall on the defendants' property.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Darryl M. Breaux of Darryl Breaux & Associates in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
