GRETNA — A company claims that it is owed more than $32,000.
Nairn Concrete Service Inc. filed a suit on May 31 against Galaforo Construction LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $32,395.86, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by George Pivach II of Pivach, Pivach, Hufft, Thriffiley & Dunbar LLC in Belle Chasse.
