GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA), NA filed a lawsuit June 1 against Zylkia M. Lozano in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging amounts are owed by the defendant under an open credit card account.
According to the complaint, Capital One is seeking damages in the amount of $4,919.07 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the balance due on the credit card.
The bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
