Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring alleges it is owed for work

GRETNA – A shoring company claims that a customer owes nearly $30,000.

Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC filed a suit June 4 against Darlene Harris in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant in 2013 and alleges it was never paid in full for its work. 

The plaintiff is seeking $28,600 and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
