GRETNA – A company alleges it was not paid in full for work performed on a property.
Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC filed a suit June 4 against Sandra Sam in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed or refused to honor her obligations under a promissory note. The plaintiff alleges the amount of $3,550 is past due and owing.
The plaintiff is seeking $27,750 and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
