Delgado Community College says former student owes $3,384

GRETNA –A community college claims that they are owed more than $3,000.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit June 4 against Kerline Millen in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $3,282.67 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kaila M. Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 784446.
