GRETNA – A financial institution is seeking nearly $43,000 allegedly owed by Nicoll's Limosine Service Inc..
SBN V FNBC LLC filed a lawsuit June 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that the defendant owes $42,907.21 on a promissory note.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages in the amount due plus interest.
The plaintiff is also seeking payment of its attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Mark Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
