Bank of America seeks payment of $7,226 due under open account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $7,000 allegedly due on an open account.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 11 against Michael Duplechin in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $7,225.51 in damages plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on his account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller
