Bank of America alleges borrower owes $3,892 on open account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $3,000 allegedly owed by Staci Woodward under an open account.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court, seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,892.32 plus interest. The bank claims Woodward has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
