Bank of America seeks payment of $2,615 due on open account

GRETNA – Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 11, alleging that it is owed more than $2,500 on an open account.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit against Rickey Hill in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the open account has a balance of $2,615.50 plus interest, and the defendant has allegedly failed to pay the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
