GRETNA – Coburn Supply Co. is seeking more than $58,000 for goods and services allegedly provided for a project.
Coburn Supply filed a lawsuit June 11 against LaPorte Plumbing & Heating Inc,, Leroy Laporte Jr., Patel Construction LLC and Elmwood Hospitality LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court
According to the claim, the defendants failed to pay $58,389.36 for goods and services issued for the project in question.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Craighton B. Abadie of Lindsay & Abadie in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
