GRETNA – Whitney Bank is seeking more than $1,800.
Whitney Bank filed a suit June 14 against Paula Lindsey of Clinton in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,873.70 plus interest, claiming that the defendant claims that they are owed sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
