Bank of America seeks more than $5,000 allegedly owed on credit account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $5,000 due on a credit account.

Bank of America filed a lawsuit June 18 against Eddie Deemer Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, Deemer owes $5,139.70 plus interest on the account and has failed to pay the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
