Capital One seeks payment of $3,750 alleged owed on credit card

GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA is seeking more than $3,700 allegedly due on a customer's credit card.

The bank filed a lawsuit June 25 against Charles Rispoli IV in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,750.30 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
