GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking more than $23,000.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Company LLC filed a suit June 27 against Angela Cockran in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $23,610.69 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the plaintiff for sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danielle Taylor.
