Credit Acceptance Corp. seeks damages of more than $8,100

GRETNA – A credit company is seeking damages for more than $8,100.

Credit Acceptance Corp. filed a suit June 22 against Frederick Joseph and Sissy Adams in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for for an open account in the balance of $8,147.97 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
