LCS Financial Services Corp. claims unpaid debt of over $37,000

GRETNA – A financial services company is seeking more than $37,000 in sums due.

LCS Financial Services Corp. filed a suit June 25 against Byron L. Lee in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $37,236.43 plus interest, after the plaintiff failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
