GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA is seeking more than $5,800 it claims is owed on a consumer credit card.
Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit June 25 against Rick Baugnon in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, the bank alleges that Baugnon owes $5,834.02 plus interest on the card and has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
