GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for a car collision with a Hertz vehicle.
Triantie Wilson filed a suit April 16 against Rustin Simms and Hertz Vehicle LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 9, 2017 when the plaintiff was driving her vehicle and was rear-ended by the defendant who failed to pay attention. The car that struck the plaintiff was owned by the defendant.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bobbie Smith in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
