GRETNA – An asset management company is seeking payment of nearly $12,200 allegedly owed in connection with the purchase of a car.
Deville Asset Management Ltd. filed a lawsuit June 29 against Tyora Mitchell in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the lawsuit, the defendant owes Deville $12,177.48, plus interest, and has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
