GRETNA – American Advisors Group is seeking more than $100,000 due on a mortgage.
The group filed a lawsuit June 29 against Lillian Lee Stewart in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid principal balance of $105,727.48.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
