NEW ORLEANS – A man claims his ex-wife failed to follow the agreements of their divorce.
Steven J. Jacobson filed a lawsuit June 27 against Tamara K. Jacobson in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages following the divorce of the two parties on Dec. 23, 2014. Since the time of the divorce, the suit states that the defendant has failed to honor the agreements made in the divorce and division of assets.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Cindy Williams in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.
