Magnolia Mansion Hotel seeks damages for alleged breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – A hotel is seeking damages for a breach of contract.

Magnolia Mansion Hotel LLC and Fouad Zeton filed a lawsuit July 3 against Nahed Haifa in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place starting on March 17, 2018 when the plaintiff entered into an agreement with the defendant. The suit states that the defendant breached contract and that the plaintiff is now seeking damages.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Charles Zimmer of Davillier Law Group LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern Reese.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-6551.
