GRETNA – An architectural company is seeking more than $29,000 in sums due.
Architectural Concepts Inc. filed a suit July 6 against S&R Development Inc. of Mississippi, Hiren "Chico" Patel and Airport Motel LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $29,934.38 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Matt Thomas of Smiley Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
