New Orleans association claims Realtor misrepresented properties

GRETNA – A Realtor's association claims that a Realtor misrepresented properties.

New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Inc. filed a suit May 24 against Bettie R. Salles in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging misrepresentation of properties.

According to the claim, the plaintiff, a Realtor with MLS membership, is being sued for misrepresenting properties, as well as acts of omissions.

The defendant is accused of misrepresenting properties.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bailey Morse of Jones Fussell LLP in Covington.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 784153.
