GRETNA – An LLC is seeking more than $13,000 in sums due.
River Birch LLC filed a suit May 7 against Phoenix Constructors LLC and Byron Williams in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $13,558.55 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Thomas of The Thomas Law Group in Harahan.
