Psychologist claims former partner billed for his services

GRETNA – An LLC and a practitioner are seeking damages after a partner allegedly began to take clients.

Bianchini-Frey LLC and Kevin J. Bianchini, Ph. D. filed a suit May 15 against Fred Charles Frey IV, Ph.D. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant and plaintiff were once partners and after they separated and began doing business independently, the plaintiff found that the defendant was billing existing clients directly for services done by the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clarence Favret III of Favret, Carriere, Cronvich in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 783815.
