GRETNA – Discover Bank claims it is owed more than $23,000.
Discover Bank filed a suit July 9 against James P. Adams III in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due in the balance of $23,251.38 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.
