GRETNA – An LLC is seeking damages for an alleged scam.
People Speak LLC filed a suit July 9 against JPMorgan Chase Bank in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a breach of contract in which the plaintiff was a victim of a scam in the balance of $55,720.14 plus interest, claiming that the defendant took advantage of the plaintiff and breached contract.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Pedro Galeas of the Galeas Law Corp. in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
