GRETNA – JTS Capital II Investors LLC is seeking payment of $150,000 allegedly owed by New Orleans Private Wealth Management LLC.
JTS Capital filed a lawsuit July 11 against New Orleans Private Wealth Management, formerly Galy Capital Group LLC, and Andrew Galy in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is allegedly owed $150,000 plus interest and late fees, and the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Amanda Messa of Phelps Dunbar LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
