GRETNA – A man is seeking damages after an alleged slip-and-fall accident at a Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring LLC construction site.
Joseph Bullins filed a lawsuit July 11 against Patterson Structural Moving and Shoring and a John Doe employee in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Bullins allegedly slipped on some mud and fell at the site on July 12, 2017.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is representing himself.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
