GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $14,000 in sums due.
Regions Bank filed a suit July 13 against David McNally in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $14,838.39 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne Maiorana Jr of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
