GRETNA – Capital One claims that they are owed more than $24,000 in sums due.
Capital One filed a suit July 16 against Active Mortgage LLC, Leonard Nachman and Michael Bienvenu in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $24,445.21 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due on a line of credit.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
